After detox is completed, we work hand in hand with all parties involved to develop an Individualized recovery plan to ensure continuing care and guidance for the patient. This individualized recovery plan is based on patient issues, progress in detox and continuing care recommendations made by the clinical and medical staff. We continue to support each patient by connecting them with specific recovery resources in their communities and addressing real life issues.
It can be overwhelming for an individual, or the family members of someone addicted to drugs or alcohol, to select an effective treatment solution following detox. Evaluating exactly what form of treatment will be best for the individual is of utmost importance in helping them maintain their long-term sobriety. At Lumiere Detox, we have an ongoing personal relationship with many highly accredited treatment facilities in the United States, Caribbean, and Europe with a variety of specialties and foci. We are deeply committed to providing resources to every patient and their family.
We have relationships with the following types of facilities:
- 12-step treatment facilities
- Co-occurring based treatment facilities
- Holistic care facilities
- Faith-based recovery centers
- Gender-specific treatment facilities
- Hospital based treatment centers
- Vocational rehabilitation
- Individual and group counseling
- Long and short term care
Determining exactly what form of treatment is best for the patient is of primary importance for treatment to be successful. On a case-by-case basis, we will work with each patient to select the appropriate form of treatment, length of stay, and suitable aftercare support following the detox.
